Community invited to proposed capital project events in November

The Fairport Central School District will host upcoming events for the community about the proposed capital project, Fairport Forward: Foundations for the Future.

A Board of Education meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 19 will begin at 6:30 p.m. at Fairport High School, room 512, and will include a presentation of the proposed capital improvement project ahead of the vote on Dec.

Fairport High School partners with local credit union to open school branch

Fairport High School is now home to its own student-run credit union! Students, faculty, administrators and Advantage Federal Credit Union (AFCU) officials celebrated the grand opening of Raider Union in October 2019. The school’s business students are learning about financial literacy while gaining real world experience through this partnership with AFCU.

Fairport CSD announces proposed capital project – vote is Dec. 10

The Fairport Central School District is proposing a capital improvement project, Fairport Forward: Foundations for the Future Phase 1, for the community to vote on Dec. 10, 2019. The District’s Board of Education adopted a resolution for this capital project vote at it’s Oct. 22, 2019 meeting.
