Students will be dismissed 10 minutes early on Friday, Oct. 16

All students who attend in-person instruction on Friday, Oct. 16 will be released 10 minutes early for our annual drill required by New York State Education Department (NYSED) regulations.

This drill also coincides with the District’s Safety Week, Oct. 19-23, in which students will learn and practice emergency safety drills.

COVID-19 positive test identified at Fairport High School

Dear Fairport Community:

We have been notified by a staff member who works at Fairport High School (FHS) that this individual has tested positive for COVID-19 and is currently asymptomatic. 2020-21 School Calendar Changes: New 1st Day of School Sept. 10

The Fairport Board of Education approved changes to the 2020-21 School Calendar at the August 18, 2020 Board of Education meeting that changes the first day of school from September 8 to September 10 to allow faculty and staff extra days to prepare for the school year, and changes December 23 to a Superintendent Conference Day.
