Ms. Nancy Watkins

     I am so excited to begin this journey with you and your child! Kindergarten is such a magical place where your child will go on adventures, meet new friends and most of all learn lessons that will last a lifetime! In this classroom your child will be cared for, encouraged and motivated to be the best they can be! It is my goal to support each and every child's individual needs to help them reach their own personal goals in a safe and nurturing environment. I look forward to partnering with you to support your child this year. 

 This is my twelfth year in education and my third year at "The Rock" in which I am proud to be a part of. A little about me I received my Bachelor degree and teaching certificate from University of North Carolina at Charlotte in Child and Family Development and a teaching license certificate for Birth through Kindergarten. I am a Stanly County native. I have one son and a granddaughter in which, I love spending time with the both of them. They are my heart. In my spare time (what is that) I enjoy traveling to see my son (Va) or spending time with my friend. If you see me out I'm nomally with a member of my family we all live in Stanly not to far from each other and all of us are in Education, a family of educators.
