Mrs. Kathy Seaman-Fourth Grade Dual Language Teacher

Welcome, my name is Kathy Seaman and this will be my seventeenth year of teaching and my sixth year of teaching 4th grade at Rocky River.  I have earned a BA Degree in Education from Pfeiffer University.

This year, we will be using the "Rollercoaster" model for Dual Language.  Students will come to my class for: English Language Arts (ELA), Social Studies, and Science.  Students will go to Mrs. Hinrichsen's class for: Math and Spanish Language Arts (SLA).  We will rotate classes on a daily basis.  I will include all schedules for students in the week at a glance on my Canvas site.

A little about me: I am originally from NJ.  My family moved to NC after my husband and I served in the USAF.  I have two adult children who are currently serving in the USAF.

I hope you all had a wonderful summer and I can't wait to meet you.  I look forward to all of the exciting things that our year will bring.
