Why isn't the HRHS-TV link on my desktop allowing me to view the announcements?
Posted by:A lot of the times the easiest way to fix this is to drag and drop a new icon from the Shared$ folder, for some reason the information updates itself from time to time causing the one on your desktop to become outdated frequently. -
Why is the announcements laggy when I try to view them?
Posted by:Well, there is a few reasons why this may happen.
1) If it is just one video and not the whole announcements, then usually it is just whoever sent us a video had it in a format that our software, didn't like.
2) If it is the whole announcements then it can either be our fault by exporting the video in the wrong format. -
How can I submit a video to be on the morning announcements?

Why is the QuickTime video green with or without audio?
Posted by:Sometimes the video and audio don't meet and all you have to do is close QuickTime and re-open the HRHS-TV file on your desktop -
When is the absolute latest I can submit an announcement and have it aired the next day?
Posted by:All announcements must be submitted 24hrs ahead of when you would like them aired, we can not guarantee they will air if you submit them late!! -
Why did my video I submitted for announcements not air at all or have the song I picked, replaced?
Posted by:When either of these occur we usually are required to not air it due to not being school appropriate or change the song to make it school inappropriate. The best way to have a song almost guaranteed to play is having an instrumental version of the song instead of the original.
