Hi Ragin' Bulls! My name is Mason Padgett, and I’m super excited to be a part of the Hickory Ridge family. This is my first year at Hickory Ridge, and my 7^th year in education, teaching Health and PE at a variety of schools in North Carolina and South Carolina. You can find me in the gym teaching Health and PE.

I'm from Davidson, NC, and I'm a product of Cabarrus County Schools. I graduated from Northwest Cabarrus High and Catawba College, where I earned my BA in Physical Education. While at Catawba College, I participated in Men’s Cross Country for three seasons.

My goal as a teacher is to create opportunities for all students to learn and develop important life skills while at Hickory Ridge. I look forward to creating a very positive and safe environment for the 2022-2023 school year!
