I have been teaching Visual Arts at Central Cabarrus for sixteen years.  I love ART and believe that all students can be successful in art courses.  My specialization is in Ceramics although I enjoy exploring all forms of Visual Arts.

    National Board Certification Visual Arts: Early Adolescent - Adult

Important Information

  • Our classes will be using Canvas.  

     

    All Arts Courses have a fee to defray the cost of Art Supplies.  The fees may be paid online Pay Fees HERE or in person via cash or check made payable to Central Cabarrus High School.  

     Ceramics: $20

     

     

     

     Students will need: 

    • Pencils 
    • Sketchbook
    • School Issued Computer

    Suggested:

    • Spray bottle
    • Unscented Lotion

     

     

  • GRADING

    Grades will be based upon projects and classwork and will consist of Total Points (Points Based).  To determine grade, divide the points you have earned by the total points available.

     Students will be required to assess themselves, participate in peer feedback and will be evaluated by the instructor.
