Miss Ashlyn Freeman-Childers

Hello and welcome to Central Cabarrus High School! This will be my seventh year teaching high school mathematics. I taught in Anson County for five years and I am heading into my second year here at Central. I have my Bachelors in Mathematical Sciences and my Masters in Education with Curriculum and Instruction. I recently got married this November to my husband, Thomas. My new last name is Childers, but will remain Freeman till next year. I have a goldendoodle who I will talk about often. His name is Branson. I have a big family of three brothers, three sisters-in-laws and five nieces and nephews with two more due this summer! I help with my church youth group on Sunday evenings. My favorite color is purple. I love Cheerwine and drink one just about every day during the 4th block. I am excited about this new school year and cannot wait to see what it holds!
