I am the counselor for students with last names L-Q. I have a BA in Psychology from Appalachian State University and an MA in Counseling from UNC-Charlotte. Before coming to Central Cabarrus HS, I was a middle school counselor. I grew up in Raleigh and never left Charlotte after finishing grad school. I love working with students and helping them to achieve their maximum potential! This is my fourth year as a counselor and my third at CCHS.

Counselors are still available during remote learning! We are offering all of our regular services virtually. Contact me if you need help with college planning, ACT/SAT questions, scholarships, academic advising, and much more. We are available during regular school hours from Monday-Friday between 7:15 AM-2:30 PM.
