Hello and thanks for visiting my page. My name is Mr. Bowen and I am a Social Studies Instructor at Central Cabarrus. I am from Concord, NC and am proud to say that I graduated from Central Cabarrus myself! After graduating high school, I first attended Central Piedmont Community College, where I received two associates degrees (Associate in Arts and Paralegal Technology). I then transferred to The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where I worked and obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with a minor in Education. Finally, I received my graduate teaching certificate and teaching license through the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Along with teaching at Central, I am a proud member of the Central Cabarrus High School Football Staff. I am our Junior Varsity Head Coach, and I also coach Tight Ends and Wide Receivers.

Some of my hobbies include watching sports, staying active, listening and playing music, and spending time with my friends and family.
