Welcome to CCHS!  I am beginning my 20th year in education.  I have taught 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 6th, and 7th grades, K-5 Reading and I am moving to English 1 this year at Central Cabarrus High School.  I am very excited about this school year and work hard every day to make a lasting impression in your education. I was born in Charlotte and raised in Concord.  I graduated from Central Cabarrus High School and from there I attended UNC Charlotte.  I earned my Bachelor's in Elementary Education and Master's in Reading Education and an AIG add on certificate and am currently working on my Administration add on certificate. I am also a Nationally Board Certified teacher.
