    This document was written as a resource to support district staff and inform parents of the procedures that pertain to Special Education in the Bremerton School District. These procedures are the District's interpretation of Special Education law based on Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Washington Administration Code (WAC). Regular updates will be made as a result of changes in the law or in District practice.
