    Mountain View Middle School is excited to offer competitive athletics to our 6th, 7th, and 8th-grade students. We are members of the West Sound Olympic Middle School League and West Central District 3. For game times and locations click here for the MVMS School Events Calendar.

    Please follow this link to complete the Online Registration.  Sports physicals are required to participate. Physicals are good for two (2) years.  It is recommended that parents keep a copy of their student’s physical.  
     
    In order to participate in the athletics program, students are required to purchase an ASB card for $25. This is a one-time fee. These cards can be purchased online through your Family Access account or in the main office before school or during lunches.

Physical Form

  • A sports physical must be completed by a doctor or physician's assistant and cleared for full participation every 24 months. The form is available at this link: Physical Form
