The Lincoln County R-III School District recognizes the special needs associated with exceptional academic and/or intellectual giftedness. The Flight Program is based on the philosophy that every child is unique. Our program serves students in grades 2-8.
We believe that early identification and differentiated instruction will ensure that every child reaches his/her potential. Our program is designed to provide opportunities on many levels for students who show strength in academics, leadership, and creativity, as well as to support the unique social and emotional needs of the gifted student.
