If a student reads at least 3 of the 15 books by March 1st, he/she can vote for the state winner. Keep track of your reading in the library. Take a look at this year's selections in the tab on the library page.
Gateway Reader/Selectors
Love to read? Want to help select the Gateway Award Books for the following year? Students must be able to read and rank 25 books between the beginning of the school year and December 1. This vote, along with students and librarians across Missouri, will determine the next year's Gateway Award Books. TBHS has been involved since the pilot program for the Gateway Award Books began in the 2000-2001 school year. Contact Mrs. Venneman if this sounds like something you would like to do!
