Term: 2021 – 2025

Mrs. Hamilton is the Director of Compliance and Legislative Affairs at Dynamic Collectors, Inc.

Mrs. Colleen State

Director District 4
Term: 2021 – 2025

Mrs. State is a retired educator.

Mr. J Vander Stoep

Director Position 5 At Large
Term: 2023 – 2027

Mr. Vander Stoep is a local attorney.

Notice of School Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of the Chehalis School District No. 302 will hold a Work Session on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, at 4:00 p.m.  The meeting will be held via Zoom and in person at the Chehalis School District Boardroom, 310 S.W. 16th Street.

People with health conditions or impairments may contact the Superintendent’s Office (360) 807-7200 at least 48 hours in advance so that arrangements may be made for participation in the meeting.

 Making a Public Comment to the School Board

In Writing: Comments can be sent to csdboard@chehalisschools.org or mailed to the Chehalis School District Office at 610 SW 16th Street, Chehalis, WA 98532

In Person: Fill out the public comment card and put it in the public comment box

On Zoom: Refer to the directions in the chat box regarding signing up for public comment

  • Each speaker is allowed three (3) minutes
  • Please keep remarks civil and appropriate (refer to Board Policy 1400 for more information)
  • Please know that the board will not respond to your comment.
  • The board may ask, if appropriate, for a district administrator to follow up with you regarding your comment.
