Welcome to my page! I'm Ms. Joyce, and I have been delighted to teach in the Mount Pleasant community for 14 years, at both MPMS and MPHS. I have also had the pleasure of teaching in Concord, Rowan County, and Indianapolis, IN. I am a graduate of Northwest Cabarrus High School and an alumnus of Appalachian State University.
 
Let's stay in touch. My office hours during remote learning are 3:15-4:00 each day. I will use that time to respond to parent/student emails, phone calls, or Remind messages. I encourage all parents and students to join Remind. I use Remind to communicate important information such as upcoming deadlines or assessments, materials needed for upcoming classes, assignment clarifications, etc. Be sure to join the Remind that applies to your class. Also, my homeroom should be sure to join my homeroom Remind. You will find the codes below.
