Mrs. Pratt

As I sit and ponder the last 25+ years, I am amazed at how much I realize that I’ve learned more from each and every child I’ve come to know rather than how much I’ve taught them to grow.  My experience ranges from the Great Lakes of Western New York (Go! Go! Buffalo!) to the corn fields of the Mid-West to the rolling hills of the Piedmont.  I’ve cried and laughed with parents of 5-year olds as well as 18-year olds and all ages in between.

I am the wife of a retired United States Air Force Veteran.  We have a beautiful 18-year old daughter who has ventured off to Western Carolina University.  I spent the last 15-years following her around the state from pool to pool.  

My promise to you is that, even though my expectations are extremely high, your child will reach beyond them, because if they don’t, they are only disrespecting themselves.  So, remember this:
