Music Challenge from the Library of Congress
Online Music Challenge
If you're a music teacher trying to figure out how to teach online, here's a fun challenge from Melissa Wertheimer, writing for the In the Muse blog of the Library of Congress Performing Arts Division. She gives lots of suggestions for students to record their renditions of spring-related music from the collections of the Library of Congress. She adds, "Let us know that you used our collections! On Facebook, we are Performing Arts at the Library of Congress. On Twitter, you can tweet @librarycongress. Use the hashtag #LCMusicChallenge!"
Let me add that you can also upload your students' videos in YouTube or Vimeo formats right here in the TPS Teachers Network. Who's game?
