Exercise is Medicine
Exercise and physical activity are important in the prevention and treatment of chronic disease. Cabarrus Health Alliance Physician, Dr. Russel Suda, recommends residents "walk or roll as much as possible, at least 3 days per week. Start with 10 minutes at a time and build up to 20-60 minutes per day, forever."
