    Aeries gradebook can help you keep track of your students' performance in school. One benefit of using the online gradebook is parent communication. Aeries allows parents to see how their children are performing in class. 

    There are two options for going through the training.

    Option 1: The option called "Elementary Gradebook Easy" is the SIS office creating the necessary gradebooks in your gradebook. This can be done the same day you make the request. Simply stated, the SIS office does the hard work for you. These are all the gradebooks for all parts of the report card. After they are created for you they are still highly customizable. You are free to change, edit, and adapt the gradebooks to your teaching style.

    Option 2: The option called "Elementary Gradebook Advanced" is the do it yourself option. The tutorials will take you through the proces of creating the English Language Arts gradebook. You are then on your own to create the rest of the gradebooks needed for the gradebook.

    Begin by following the directions for the Aeries Quick Start Gradebook.

    Create the following gradebooks depending on the grade. These are only suggestions:

    Transitional Kindergarten

    ELA, Math, Other Subjects, Social Emotional Skills, and Physical Development

    *ELD - When you add your ELD gradebook only add ELD students to this gradebook

    Dual Language Kindergarten

    ELA, Math, Other Subjects, Study Habits, Citizenship

    *ELD - When you add your ELD gradebook only add ELD students to this gradebook

    Kindergarten
