Printing out a class roster can be very useful. This will printout a list of students with empty boxes next to their names. You can also customize your printout with phone numbers, addresses, birthdates, and other information.

  • Creating a Summary Report for Microsoft Excel or PDF

Posted by Mark Rasmussen on 7/16/2015

Creating a Gradebook Summary Report of your gradebook gives you a paper copy of your gradebook. This is a way to backup your gradebook. All the assignments will get a number only. This is not very descriptive. I like to go to options for printing the report and find "Show Assignment Description." When I click "Show Assignment Description" a list of each assignment title and the number associated to it will be listed. You may also find it useful to export a summary to Microsoft Excel.
