From the Desk of Dr. Halley: Meal Distribution to Continue Through June

      At the time of this writing on May 18, 2020, tonight will be our 27th evening of handing food out to our students and their families.  We have made and distributed nearly 30,000 meals. Take a moment to digest that.   Many of the meals have been prepared by hands from a volunteer and they have all been distributed by volunteers.  Please, give a huge shout out and prayer to all those that have been so generous with their time. I know that I can never thank them enough! 

    Meal distribution moving forward.  There will be NO food distribution on Monday, May 25th, 2020. We will be recognizing Memorial day. However, Putnam County R-I will continue to distribute meals to our students as we have been doing, M-W-F through Monday, June 29th.  

   If you would like to be added to the list to get meals, please contact the school prior to 9:00 am on the day you would like to begin receiving meals.  Qualifications for receiving meals: birth to 18-year-old resident of Putnam County. Cost to you? $0!

   Our distribution points are the East side of Putnam County R-I school buildings, Midway Baptist Church on the West, Livonia Park for the East end, and the parking lot at the Lake Thunderhead offices.
