The District is partnering with ESS Midwest, for its teacher and paraprofessional substitute staffing.  ESS Midwest manages the recruitment, hiring, training and placement of substitute teachers and paraprofessionals.

ESS Midwest and the Lincoln County R-III School District use willSub®, an online substitute management program.  This system includes job requests sent out to substitutes via web, phone call, and text alerts.
