Log into Easybib through Fairport Apps mail

  • Once logged in, click on the Apps (9 dots in a square) in upper right
  • Click “More” and select “Easybib”
  • Go to the dropdown menu under your name in the upper right; click on “coupon code;” click the blue link to EDU; enter the code “minerhsny”
  • Select “New project” (e.g. “Career Research Project” not “English”)
  • Name your project
  • Keep MLA as default style
  • Click “Create”
  • Select “Bibliography” under project title
  • Notice source tabs
  • Select tab that matches your source type
  • Cite each source filling in any information Easybib couldn’t find (boxes outlined in red)

To cite a book:  Select the book tab and input the ISBN # (found on back of book) instead of the book title

To cite a website: Select the website tab and copy and paste the website url

  • When all sources have been inputted, create your Works Cited list by selecting Export,” then “Print as a word document,” then “Download for MS Word”
