Welcome Lisa Benson to Fairport as Director of MTSS!

The District is proud to announce that Lisa Benson will join the Fairport CSD administration as the Director of Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS). In this newly-created position, Mrs. Benson will head the development and implementation of a District-wide academic and social emotional support structure and also network with community-based resources.

June 7, 2023 – Air Quality Health Advisory and FCSD Response

As of the morning of Wednesday, June 7, an Air Quality Health Advisory is still in effect for the Monroe County Area.

The DEC, Department of Health and our school physician recommend limiting or reducing outdoor activities for teens and young children when a Health Advisory is in effect.

June 6, 2023 Air Quality Health Advisory and FCSD response

We are carefully tracking the air quality reports coming in at the local and state levels. 

The New York State DEC issued an Air Quality Health Advisory for much of the state, including Monroe County, for Tuesday, June 6, as a result of an increased amount of particulates in the air.

Fairport Board of Education adopts a resolution for adding a proposition for new track and field facility to upcoming Capital Improvement Project
