All students will be released 10 minutes early on Thursday, Oct. 7 for the District’s annual drill required by New York State Education Department (NYSED) regulations.

This drill also coincides with the District’s Safety Week, Oct. 12-15, in which students will learn and practice emergency safety drills. Fairport Schools practice these drills to refine communication processes, and help students develop awareness on important safety procedures.

In the case of school emergency situations, the District uses Parent Square’s phone/email/text messaging system to communicate with families. Any contact information changes need to be updated through your child’s school main office.
