The 2023-24 school year marks my 29th and last year of teaching. My first degree was in Communication Disorders and I began my career in the educational system as a Speech Language Pathologist. I later taught Art at two K-8 schools, and afterward received a certification in elementary education from ASU and taught first grade for seventeen years. I currently teach second grade and have a passion for creativity and a true love of reading. I aspire to teach every child as I would my own, and to provide a happy and safe environment in which to learn.
