Hi, Kindergarten families! Welcome to the hedgehog class. My name is Madison Brooks and this is my first year teaching (in my own classroom) at PSRES. I taught preschool before coming to PSRES as a teacher assistant three years ago. I completed my student teaching here in first grade last year! I am thrilled to be your child's teacher.

I was born and raised in Concord, NC. I graduated from UNC Charlotte with a bachelor's degree in Psychology. I then went on to complete a graduate program in Elementary Education at UNC Charlotte. I have an older brother and a younger sister. I am an aunt to twins! Their names are Drew and Beau. They are just over a year old and are so much fun!

As an educator, I work hard to provide your child with a safe, inviting, and exciting environment! I look forward to working together to ensure your child shows growth and has a memorable year.
