Kindness Episode.do not use for Couch for Carriker's class. Use the coping skills video.  Couch and Carriker's class have seen kindess episode.  

2/4/22  Day 4: Duke

1. Talk about Kindness week.  Pull up the flyer and go over each day. Kindness flyer Please let them know they do not need to run out and buy anything.

Have students share out loud different ways to be kind to each other.  Pass out the coffee mug/heart. Have them write one way they will be kind to each other and then decorate the coffee mug/heart.  Tell them to color nicely because they will get hung up. 

Please collect the coffee mugs and place them in my box.  I will hang them up next week. 

2. Interactive Feelings games.  You will need to play the game in edit mode.  Do not put the game in presentation mode because it will not work.   Play the game in edit mode.  Have students decide which feeling is correct.  Drag that feeling over to that box.  Move the large heart to see which feeling is correct. 

Have students come up with ways to help the situation.

3.   For the remainder of the time, they can play on the computer and have a virtual recess.   If none of that works, just give them a virtual recess.
