Mrs. Cheyenne Yarbrough

Hey families,

Welcome to Kindergarten where excitement and love of learning begin!  

My name is Cheyenne Yarbrough  and I am thrilled to be your child's Kindergarten Teacher this year at MPES! I look forward to working together to make their Kindergarten year as exciting and memorable as possible!  

A few fun facts about myself: 

-I am married and I have a son who was born in October 2022. 

-I have two Bachelors Degrees in Education from UNC Charlotte.

-This is my 3rd year as a Mount Pleasant Tiger and my 6th year teaching for Cabarrus County Schools. I have taught both Kindergarten and 1st Grade. 

 -A way to remember the things I love are Mrs.Y's 4 C's: Coffee, Chick-Fil-A, Chocolate, Cows.

-I love cow printed anything. My classroom is always known as The Chick-Fil-A/Cow Room! I love it  and my students usually love it too!
