Mrs. Ashley Ligon

Hello! I'm Mrs. Ligon and I am so excited to be the 7th grade counselor at Roberta Road Middle School. This is my 13th year as a school counselor and 6th year in middle school. Prior to being a school counselor, I worked as a district mental health clinician in Gaston County Schools and served as a school-based therapist in South Carolina.  

I earned both my Bachelors in Psychology and Master's in Community & Counseling Development from Winthrop University, GO EAGLES!!

I'm married to my high school sweatheart and we have 3 beautiful children, 2 daughters (13 year old & 3 year old) and a son (8 year old).  In my free time, I love reading, baking, traveling and trying new food!

I look forward to a fantastic school year and supporting all my 7th graders!
