Mrs. Andie Foley

Hello!

I am extremely excited to be teaching 7th Grade ELA this year at Roberta Road Middle School! This is my fourth year teaching, following a decade working as a professional writer and journalist across North Carolina. I currently live in Rowan County with my husband, Adam, and two daughters: Edie Mae and Judah-Leigh. All three of them are pretty spoiled, even if I do say so myself.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading (of course), creative writing (undoubtedly), and tackling any number of home improvement projects. I have a bachelors degree from Catawba College in English: Writing and I am passionate about all things related to the written word.

This year is going to be an amazing time of learning and exploring, and I hope to make students just as excited about ELA as I am! I cannot wait to accomplish great things with my 7th grade crew!
