Hello, and welcome Raptors to Health and Physical Education!

I look forward to educating you about the importance of a healthy lifestyle. We will be learning and implementing strategies to promote physical fitness and mental / emotional clarity.  A healthy mind and a healthy body will allow you to be your best version of yourself.  I look forward to helping all our Raptors achieve their fitness goals.

In addition to working with you in the classroom, I am excited to work with our Football program.  I encourage all students to try athletics or be involved in extracurricular activities.  If you are interested in participating in any sport, please see the respective coach for that sport.
