Schedule Changes
What's Next?
-
- The schedule change window has closed. The window was open from May 11th - May 25th. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any further schedule change requests at this time.
- There will still be a schedule change window in November, for change requests to 2nd semester courses.
- Counselors will begin processing schedule change requests from the online form data and will notify students of their results by the last day of exams.
- Students should monitor their school email for an update to their schedule change request. If a counselor needs further information, they will contact you/call you down from class.
- We thank you all for your patience and understanding while counselors process the schedule change data.

Need to Know
-
It is our goal to help all students develop a schedule that supports their needs, interests, abilities and future plans. We want all students to be happy with their schedules, so sometimes schedule changes are necessary. However, it is important to know that this is a request and not a guarantee. Many factors impact the ability for a schedule change to be approved, such as: some classes may only be offered in certain semesters or certain blocks, classes may be at capacity already, etc. In fairness to all students, the following schedule change request policies must be followed:
- Students must submit schedule change requests during the designated window and by the deadline.
- Request must be submitted via the online form; emailed requests will not be considered.
- Schedule change requests will not be accepted or considered beyond the deadline -- no exceptions.
- Changes to ask for a different teacher will not be considered.
- All students who submit a schedule change request will receive written notification of the outcome of their request by email.
