Students who are the first generation in their families to go to college face the unique challenge of charting a course in unfamiliar waters. This page is designed to help you get started and to know the essential parts of getting from here (high school) to there (college). Utilize your school counselor throughout your college planning and admission journey, and begin by making your counselor aware that you are a 1st Generation College Student by completing the 1st Gen Form (below).
