Mrs. Rebecca Nicholson

Welcome to 5th grade! 

I am so excited about beginning another year of teaching. I will be your child’s 5th grade math and science teacher! I cannot wait to get to know your child and watch them grow this year. Here's a little bit about me. I graduated from UNC Charlotte in 2016 with my graduate certificate in elementary education. I then continued my studies and  graduated with my masters in the art of teaching from UNCC as well. I previously attended UNC Asheville where I earned my B.S. in health and wellness promotion. This is my sixth year teaching at Patriots STEM Elementary.

I was born and raised in Asheville, NC. My husband and I moved to Concord in 2010 and are happy to call Cabarrus County home now. We have three beautiful children; Madison, 15, Landon, 8, and Ellie, 3. 

 A few of my favorite things are spending time with family and friends, Washington football, and enjoying the great outdoors.

I am very excited about starting a new school year and look forward to working with you and your child to make this their best year yet!
