Mrs. Carvalho

Welcome to 1st Grade!

My name is Sarah Carvalho.  I grew up in Colorado and graduated from Colorado State University with a B.S. in Business Administration.  After graduation, I moved to San Diego, California where I attended San Diego State University and earned my Elementary Teaching Credential.  While in San Diego I taught 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th grades.  We moved to North Carolina 3 years ago and we love it here!  When I'm not teaching, I love hanging out with my husband and my 7 year old and 4 year old sons.  This will be my 12th year teaching and my 8th year in 1st grade. I'm very excited to partner with you to make this year an exceptional one for your child!
