Welcome to my webpage. 

I'm Melanie Anderson. This will be my second year teaching fifth grade at Boger Elementary. Before coming to Boger, I worked at A.T Allen Elementary where I taught 4th and 5th grades, served as lead teacher and most recently as a MCL working with all grade levels.  I received my degree in Elementary Education from UNC-Charlotte.  In December of 2021, I received my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in TESOL from UNC-Charlotte.
 

I am married to Kevin Anderson and we live just over the Rowan County border in Enochville.  I have three children; Elijah Hill (Brooke), Kathie, and James. 

During my time away from school, I love spending time with my husband and family.  We volunteer with our church youth group and work on home-improvement jobs around our house.
