Mrs. Judy Peacock

My name is Judy Peacock. I am your child's Prekindergarten Teacher this school year. This is my first year in education in Cabarrus County. This is my 27th year in elementary education, with the last 26 in Rowan County. I have been an instructional assistant, taught kindergarten, and this is my 11th year teaching NC Prekindergarten classroom. I graduated from Northwest Cabarrus High School (Go Trojans!) and graduated from Catawba College with a BA in Elementary Education (Birth-Kindergarten). I have made a full circle of coming home to Cabarrus County and hope that I will retire one day from Cabarrus County School System.

I have a wonderful husband, Terry. I am a mother to 3 grown children: Justin, Jordan, and Jenna. I have 6 grandbabies: Aubri-15, Ivy-13, Jaxon-9, Brantley-3, Brittley-3, and Graelyn Jade-1 year. I love spending time with my family and absolutely love being a "Granna" to my grandchildren! When I am not spending time with my children and their families, my husband and I love traveling (road trips), going to the beach, and spending time in the pool. One of our favorite road trips was last fall. We traveled all across the US to California and went to the Golden Gate Bridge. This was a phenomenal trip and I look forward to going back one day!

I hope that you will enjoy being a part of our family here at Boger this year, along with your child/children. It is my goal to move your child to the next level of learning and adapting to new environments in the next 10 months. I believe all students can achieve and I know parents are a vital part of this endeavor. I will promise to help your child to be the best they can be and I hope you will do the same in the school year ahead.
