Welcome to Mrs. Wisbon's Physical Science class!!! This will be my fifteenth year teaching and my fifth year as a Trojan!! Northwest has truly become my home.  Go Trojans! 

I am originally from Ohio and graduated from Bowling Green State University. Go Falcons! I moved to NC to start my teaching career. In my spare time I enjoy coaching my daughter's travel softball team and playing co-ed softball myself. My husband and I are avid sprint car fans and enjoy spending time at various dirt tracks when we can.

  • Please make sure to sign up for Remind as this is the app used to communicate on a frequent basis.  You can sign up to receive the Remind texts by texting 81010 with the message @wisbon3ps (3rd Block - Physical Science) @wisbon4ps (4th Block - Physical Science) or @wisbon-bio (2nd Block - Hononrs Biology) as soon as you can.  This will allow you to get plenty of information about assignments, due dates, etc... I encourage not only students to use Remind, but parents as well! 

  • Okay, y'all!!  Time to start the new semester!!

    Each day, students will need to complete this checklist.

    1.  Check Canvas & the Week-At-A-Glance (posted in each week's module in Canvas) to see the directions for the day. 

    2.  We will have our lessons in class like normal...thank goodness!!

    3.  Complete your classwork for the day. 

    4.  Check your Powerschool to ensure your grades are correct! 

    5.  Check your school email using Office 365 Outlook.
