My name is Jessa Redner.  I have 17 years of teaching experience.  I have an undergraduate in Physical Education, and a master’s degree in Health Education.  In addition to my degrees, I also hold a certificate in Family and Consumer Science.  Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to teach and coach in both Charlotte Mecklenburg as well as Cabarrus County schools.  I am married with two children. Most weekends you will find me at a sporting event on the sidelines cheering on one of my boys.  In my spare time, I love cooking, reading, exercising, photography and woodworking.

I am very honored to be a member of the NW Cabarrus faculty as the Foods & Nutrition 1 teacher.  I am very excited to share my passion for cooking with my students.
