Hello Trojan Nation!  My name is Mr. Carter, and this is my second year at NCHS. I have taught high school English for 12 years in NC. I earned my BA in English at Wake Forest University, and have taught all grades 9-12 in my career.  I am looking forward to getting to know each of you. Go Trojans!
