Miss Taylor Downs

Hello! I am excited to be one of the School Counselors here at Northwest Cabarrus High School! I will serve students with the last names M-R. This is my first year at NCHS but my fourth year as a School Counselor. In addition to being a counselor, I am one of the cheerleading coaches! I am from Salisbury, NC in Rowan County, where I still live with my precious labradoodle, Riley.  I graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor's in Parks Recreation and Tourism Management and from Liberty University with a Masters in School Counseling. I look forward to meeting and getting to know all of you and a fantastic year to come. I am very excited to be a Trojan!
