Day 3: How Does Weather Affect Humans?
Read the article and write an essay that is about 3-5 paragraphs long (intro, info, preventatives/treatment, conclusion):
- Choose an aspect of how weather effects humans from the article or another source
- Write an essay that includes: your topic, a description of the impacts of your specific topic (could be positive or negative impacts!), and possible preventative measures, treatment or benefits.

Read the article and write a short essay that includes:
1. Choose an animal that was not in the article
2. What kind of climate does that animal live in? Warm? Cold? Water? Land?
3. Choose 1 adaptation that animal has that helps it to survive in the climate in which it lives
4. In a few sentences, describe HOW that adaptation helps the plant/animal to survive.
5. Draw a sketch or find a picture to show the animal, the environment, and the adaptation.

2. Read the passage
3. Write a short essay (half a page or so) that includes:
a. Choose a plant that was not in the reading
b. What kind of climate does that plant live in? Warm? Cold? Water? Land?
