Fairport Central School District

Residents who are unable to vote on the school budget and Board of Education candidates on May 18, 2021 because of disability, illness or travel may apply for an absentee ballot through the Office of the District Clerk, 38 W. Church Street, Fairport, NY 14450.

Applications may be requested by telephone at (585) 421-2010, in writing, or in person at the above address. Requests by email may be sent to alabarbera@fairport.org.

The application request must be received by May 12 if the ballot is to be mailed to the voter, or the day before the vote if the ballot is to be issued to the voter in person. Absentee ballots must be received by the District Clerk by 5 p.m. on the day of the vote, May 18, 2021.

Additionally, military voters who are qualified voters of the Fairport CSD may apply for a military ballot by requesting an application from the District Clerk at (585) 421-2010 or alabarbera@fairport.org.  For a military voter to be issued a military ballot, the District Clerk must have received a valid ballot application no later than 5:00 p.m. on April 22, 2021. In a request for a military ballot application or ballot, the military voter may indicate their preference for receiving the application or ballot by mail, facsimile transmission or electronic mail. The Clerk of the Board must then receive the military voter’s military ballot by mail or in person not later than 5:00 p.m. on May 18, 2021.
