Per New York State Education Law 3635, applications for transportation to/from childcare and nonpublic schools are due by April 1 each year. There is no need to complete transportation forms for children attending Fairport schools if they will be transported to/from home. Please complete one form per child. The applications for nonpublic schools require the signature of the principal. Forms are available on the District website at https://www.fairport.org/departments/transportation/.
