Fairport Central School District will host a recruitment event for qualified teachers and paraprofessionals on Monday, Dec. 30 from 9-11 a.m. at the Fairport High School library, located at 1 Dave Paddock Way, in Fairport.

The District has immediate openings for:

Secondary Long Term Substitute Teachers:

Grade 6 Special Education 

English to Speakers of Other Languages (2 positions)

Chemistry (.75 FTE) 

English Language Arts 

Substitute Teachers (per diem)
For the purposes of immediate hire, please bring with you a Valid Passport OR Driver Licence + Original Social Security Card AND a voided check for direct deposit.

Paraprofessional Teacher Aides:

Grade 5 

2:1 Support – Grade 2 

2:1 Support – Grade K 

1:1 Support – Grade 12 

1:1 Support – Grade 9 

Paraprofessional Teaching Assistant:

1:1 Support – Grade K 

The District will also be screening applicants in all areas for future consideration in addition to the immediate openings listed above.

Applicants are asked to bring photo identification, an updated resume and any other relevant information they would like to share to the event. Applicants will have an opportunity to complete the online application (computers are provided). Screening interviews will also take place.
