I am looking forward to seeing my first grade Bobcat friends and their families! This is an exciting time for everyone and I am especially excited to spend first grade with your child again this year!

A little about myself... I earned my bachelor's degree from West Virginia University at Parkersburg and am a National Board Certified teacher. This is my first time looping with a class. During my 25 year career, I have taught kindergarten, first, and second grades, including a 1st/2nd grades and kindergarten/1st grade combination classes, worked as a K-2 Lead Teacher, MCL (multi-classroom leader), and Title I interventionist! I live here in Concord with my husband and our two sons, Logan (18) and Wyatt (13), plus our two dogs and cat. I enjoy reading, going to the beach, and spending time with my family.
