Mr. Jose' Palacio

Helo Bobcats! I'm excited about this year's Fit Lab and PE classes.  We have some new "toys" (equipment) that we will be using, especially during Fit Lab, along with some MORE PE equipment, so that all students will have the opportunity to have their own sport-specific implement without having to share. 

I'm entering my 33rd year of teaching. I'm from Miami, Florida and I graduated from Lenoir-Rhyne College in Hickory, NC with a PE degree.  I also have a certificate in Strength and Conditioning from the NSCA.  I have experience coaching high school football, Wrestling, Track and Field, Weightlifting, Little League T-ball, Baseball, and teaching high school PE and Strength and Conditioning.  I am looking forward to applying all that I have learned by teaching young children how to live a healthy and active lifestyle.
